The house is at n. 7, Via Valeria, on the ground floor. It has a private entrance accessed from the communal terrace.
The house is nice, cozy and just renovated. It has one bedrooms with en suite bathroom and living room with a kitchenette.
Well isolated from outside temperature, it is cold in summer and warm in winter.
It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The price includes: linen ant towels, electricity, gas, water, use of kitchen, final cleaning.
